Please Help My Child and Grandchild

I have a 18 year daughter and her baby 11 months old that live with me. I have lost my job and have put in numerous applications. So far I have not got a job. My grandchild is in desperate need of clothe's. Landon is his name and he is already wearing 4T clothe's. I cannot afford to buy him anything and my daughter cannot work due to school and the baby. We only have 1 vehicle to run on and it is very hard to provide even clothe's for my daughter and I. I can use any help that anyone can give.
